Rick Nyles has been a part of the rigging business for 30 years. He first entered the industry as a Design Engineer and soon found his expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Training. He has been an active member of AWRF in the past, as well as served on their technical board. He is currently a District Sales Manager and Product Trainer for Crosby, where he covers the mid-Atlantic territory for the company.
Chris Whitehead is VP of US Sales/West Region & Product Trainer for Crosby. He has worked in the load lifting and securement industry since 1993 and joined Crosby in 1999. He graduated from the University of Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.

Crosby Hires Mark Filippelli as the Director, Business Development, Infrastructure
Crosby is pleased to announce that Mark Filippelli has joined the Crosby team as a Director, Business Development, Infrastructure. Mark will be based out of Montreal, Canada and will be supporting our distributors globally, through the development of strategies to drive Crosby specification, product awareness, and Crosby brand preference at key accounts in the Infrastructure Sector.
We are excited to welcome Mark to the Crosby team. He has spent the last 12 years working for Honeywell Industrial Safety with a focus on the Infrastructure sector. Crosby Hires James Wojcikiewic as the District Sales Manager-Product Trainer
Crosby is pleased to announce that James Wojcikiewicz will be joining the Crosby team as District Sales Manager - Product Trainer working in the Sales Department. James will be based out of Illinois and will be tasked with supporting the Crosby distribution channel in the Illinois, Iowa, Eastern Wisconsin, and Northern Indiana markets. James will develop strategies to penetrate end-user markets to drive specifications, support product awareness through Crosby’s World-class training programs, and support brand preference for Crosby products throughout his territory. This will in turn drive increased demand through our distributorship channels, and support end user efforts throughout the territory.
We are excited to welcome James to the Crosby team. He had spent the last three years working for Protective Industrial Products, a leading manufacturer of Hand Protection and Personal Protection Equipment to the Construction, Industrial, and Energy sectors. This broad market experience, along with selling through distribution makes James ideally suited in this role. In addition, James supported key end users through various product training programs.

Crosby Hires Luke Rivard as the District Sales Manager-Product Trainer
Crosby is pleased to announce that Luke Rivard will be joining the Crosby team as District Sales Manager - Product Trainer working in the Sales Department. Luke will be based out of Connecticut and will be tasked with supporting the Crosby distribution channel in the Northeast. Luke will develop strategies to penetrate end-user markets to drive specifications, support product awareness through Crosby’s World-class training programs, and support brand preference for Crosby products throughout his territory. This will in turn drive increased demand through our distributorship channels, and support end user efforts throughout the territory.
We are excited to welcome Luke to the Crosby team. He had spent three years working for Crosby supporting distributors and end user’s in Brazil. In addition, Luke has spent time with TSC Manufacturing a crane, handling equipment, and drilling equipment manufacturer. Most recently, Luke worked for GKN Land Systems focusing on the steel, crane, and infrastructure markets.
Luke graduated with a BS in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Maine in 2005. He will reside in CT with his wife Alice and their son William. Luke has expressed his enthusiasm to re-join Crosby, and looks forward to working with the many valued Crosby business partners in his territory.

Crosby announces that Cherlynn Pennington, has joined the company in the position of Director of Business Performance and Project Management Office (PMO).
Cherlynn comes to Crosby with an extensive background in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence at
Global Power Equipment and Baker Hughes, Inc. In these roles, she facilitated business process improvements to drive a culture of learning that is focused on value creation and sustainable results around reduced lead time and improved customer delivery.
Cherlynn’s role is new to the organization, and she will be driving Operational Excellence (Lean) efforts within all aspects the North America Business while also managing the North American GDP process. As part of this role, she will work with the North America leadership team to identify, and execute, breakthrough opportunities that will drive Customer Satisfaction and improved financial performance.
