The Crosby Group (“Crosby”) today announced that Patricia Chiodo has joined its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Ms. Chiodo has served as Chief Financial Officer of Verra Mobility Corporation (NASDAQ: VRRM), a publicly traded leader in technology and data intelligence to help make transportation safer and easier, since June of 2015. As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Chiodo’s leads the company’s public reporting efforts, in addition to partnering across business units on business strategy and operational initiatives.
Prior to her role at Verra Mobility, Ms. Chiodo had substantial experience in senior financial roles across leading industrial and consumer enterprises. Ms. Chiodo served as Chief Financial Officer of Origami Owl Customer Jewelry, a high growth consumer products company, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to Origami Owl, Ms. Chiodo spent 10 years serving in senior financial roles at RSC Holdings, an equipment rental company, and eventually served as Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2012. Previously, Ms. Chiodo held numerous key financial roles including as a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
