Kyle Teynor's Crosby tattoo is a striking example of the passion we at Crosby see for our

The Crosby Group Partners with Texas State Technical College Through Job Training Grant
Crosby has partnered with Texas State Technical College (TSTC) to provide job training for 263 incumbent workers using a $192,179 Skills Development Fund grant from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The grant will benefit workers in the Workforce Solutions East Texas area.
This grant will be used to provide custom training at the Longview manufacturing facility where workers will train on industry-related topics including focused instruction on current manufacturing techniques. Upon completion of training, the workers will receive an average wage of $21.41.

Next time you are in The National WWII Museum in New Orleans look up! The "Flying Fortress" above you, along with the other planes in the National WWII Museum, are suspended using Crosby rigging products.
Roland Ross, Crosby Director of International Sales, was visiting the museum when he snapped these photos. They show our famous "Red Pin" shackles, wire rope thimbles and master links in service holding up the B-17 heavy bomber "My Gal Sal". The plane and its crew were forced to make an emergency landing on the Greenland ice cap during WWII while in route to England. The crew was saved after 10 days but the plane was left behind for 50 years until it was recovered and restored to serve as a monument to the brave crews that served in WWII Army Air Force.
