TULSA, Okla. – The Crosby Group announces Mike Kuzdzal has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining The Crosby Group, Kuzdzal held various senior leadership positions with Precision Castparts, most recently serving as Vice President/General Manager of the Canada Business Group with PCC Aerostructures. Prior to Precision Castparts, he held various senior leadership roles in operations and quality with companies such as Morgan Advanced Materials, Nex-Tech Aerospace and Betts Group.
Kuzdzal has extensive experience serving in quality and plant management roles in private equity owned businesses in the industrials market. Additionally, he has a track record of successfully transforming manufacturing environments and implementing structure and systems to companies to ensure future growth and success.

Kuzdzal has a BS from SUNY Fredonia and served in the United States Army where he was a non-commissioned officer serving the US in 1986–1989, 1990–1991 (Desert Shield), and 2001–2002 (Enduring Freedom). He also has a Quality Systems Engineer certification from ASQ World Headquarters.
