We sincerely hope you and your team members are healthy and safe. As we continue to navigate the current environment, we want to update you on The Crosby Group’s latest measures, guided by our core values of Safety, Reliability and Innovation.
Safety
With safety as our number one priority, our employees who can work from home are currently doing so. They are all equipped and connected to continue to provide the best support in the industry to our customers. Recognizing that much of our work cannot be done from home, our manufacturing and distribution sites have and will continue to follow CDC as well as local guidelines and take the appropriate precautions to keep our team members safe and healthy.
Reliability
There is still a lot of critical rigging and lifting happening today – whether it be an overhead crane working in a factory producing PPE, the lifting of essential cargo onto a ship or the conversion of a building into a hospital. With that in mind, The Crosby Group is considered an “essential business” as our products are necessary for the continued safe operation and maintenance of many critical sectors and applications. In addition, for the US Market our products are considered part of the critical infrastructure sectors including “Critical Manufacturing” and “Defense Industrial Base,” as defined by the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA).
Because we are a highly vertically integrated manufacturer with a localized supply chain and multiple stocking points around the world, we have tremendous operational flexibility to ensure we can continue to supply product to our customers during these times.
Innovation
We are launching new ways of bringing training and rigging expertise to our customers through virtual capabilities. Our IT team has ensured our teams are available to support our customers in a safe and secure manner wherever they are working. So, please reach out to us via phone or email as we are ready to help.
I hope you all stay safe and healthy.
